Reset counter epson tx300f not working

Hello everyone,

I have been struggling with my Epson TX300F printer as I tried to reset the counter but it's not working. I followed all the instructions online but still couldn't get it to reset properly. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
