I recently purchased an Epson ET-2861 printer and I'm having trouble resetting the counter manually. I've tried following the instructions in the manual, but it doesn't seem to work. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? If so, could you please share your experience and any tips or tricks you may have? I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance on how to successfully reset the counter.
