Reset Counter Epson D78

Hello everyone,

I have an Epson D78 printer and I am having some issues with the counter reset. I have tried following various tutorials online but still unable to reset the counter. Can anyone here provide me with some guidance or solution to reset the counter on my Epson D78 printer?
