I recently tried to reset the counter on my Epson ET-2828 printer but ran into some issues. Despite following the instructions provided, the reset process doesn't seem to be working. I have tried multiple times but to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to successfully reset the counter? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
