I recently tried to reset the counter on my Epson D120 printer but it seems like the method I used is not working. I followed all the steps carefully but the counter is still not resetting. Has anyone experienced this issue before or does anyone have any suggestions on how to successfully reset the counter on an Epson D120 printer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
