Epson ep 803a service required windows 10

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and now my Epson ep 803a printer is giving me a service required error. I've tried reinstalling the drivers and troubleshooting the issue, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Epson printer on Windows 10? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
