Epson cx3900 service required windows 10

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and have been encountering an issue with my Epson cx3900 printer. It keeps displaying the message service required and I'm not sure how to fix it. I've tried reinstalling the drivers and checking for any software updates, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Epson cx3900 printer on Windows 10? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.
